Our Mission
To steward well and equip good stewardship.
We started Finance Catalyst, a fractional CFO firm in Lincoln, Nebraska, to empower Kingdom minded leaders like you to make financially informed decisions for their businesses. We know that you want to be a confident leader. To do that, you need clarity around your business’s finances and future.
Often business leaders are able to surround themselves with an amazing team and create a great product but fail to understand the numbers behind it all. (We are reminded that more than 70% of businesses that go bankrupt are profitable when they close their doors.)
We believe every business owner deserves financial clarity. That’s why we help business leaders like you by stepping in as your fractional CFO.
Here’s how we do it:
1. We join your team and build a financial workbook to get everyone rowing in the same direction.
2. We take the time to understand your business—who you serve, why you exist, and the people who make it thrive. We listen to your concerns and help uncover financial blind spots.
3. We collaborate with your leadership team to integrate sound financial management into your strategy—helping you achieve your goals for the next quarter, year, and decade.
“One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much” - Luke 16:10a
We help business leaders live out Luke 16:10 by equipping them with future minded financials and visual dashboards that make sense of their financial position - and then joining them on their leadership team to develop financial strategy for future growth.
